Cathy Arsenault has spoken throughout UNC REX Hospital at various Leadership, Department and Group meetings on “Empathy for the Bariatric Patient,” “Life After Obesity,” and “Not All Bariatric Patients Look Alike” promoting Patient Experience and outside to other Healthcare systems including Duke University and Vidant Health. She is also an allied member of ASMBS and The Beryl Institute.
Cathy Arsenault is dedicated to Bariatrics and Patient Experience. She serves as the Co-chair and Bariatric Patient and Family Adviser on the UNC REX Patient and Family Advisory Council, sits on the Bariatric Surgical Service Line and Peer Rounds on Pre-Op and Post Op Bariatric patients.
